All prices include buffet breakfast and all taxes.
The above preferential rates are valid for the period June 08 – 11 (inclusive), 2011 and bookings shall be made upon receiving the Registration form for hotel accommodation and full payment by May 15, 2011. Please note that the preferential rates are available for a limited quota of rooms. After quota limit is reached accommodation assistance for the above and for alternative hotels will be provided by travel agency Yomex based on best rates and conditions available at that moment.

Payment
Payment of hotel accommodation and tours can be made by bank transfer or with a credit card (for detailed information pls see the registration form for hotel accommodation and social program).

Should you pay by bank transfer, please pay the full charges of both the payer’s and the payee’s bank. Please include your name and “Summer Academy” in the “purpose of payment” field. The organisers reserve the right to reject a payment if all bank charges are not paid.

Cancellation
Cancellations of hotel accommodation and tours should be received at registration@yomexbg.com. For cancellations made by May 15, 2011, no charges will be applied. Please note that in case of refund all bank transfer charges will be at your own cost. For cancellations made in the period May 16 – 31, 2011 travel agency Yomex reserves the right to deduct up to 50 % of the amounts paid. We regret that no refund is possible if cancellation is made after May 31, 2011.
