Cancellation of the hotel accommodation and social events booking should be received at the registration address not later than April 30, 2009. Travel agency Yomex reserves the right to deduct up to 50% of the amounts paid for a cancellation made after May 15, 2009. We regret that no refund is possible if cancellation is made after May 15, 2009.
